Workshops & Teleclasses

Unlocked Box offers both custom-designed and "out of the box" workshops. Each workshop detailed below is open to individuals and can also be tailored to address a group, team or organization's unique needs. Following are brief descriptions of Unlocked Box workshops currently being offered:

Blue Room Sessions

This six-session group coaching workshop is designed to help individuals create or support their vision for their life and work, get off the dime and tackle obstacles along the way. The Blue Room is a place to dream big without judgment, criticism or negativity. But it's not for those who prefer to stay safe. Participants are challenged to leap into their vision for their lives. They're encouraged to stretch beyond their comfort zone and will receive all the support and tools they need to do it. Areas covered include:

  • Discovering Your Most Positive Self and Creating Thrilling Goals
  • Navigating Internal Saboteurs
  • Discovering and Deepening Values/Creating Inspired Action
  • Shifting Perspectives as a Tool for Getting Unstuck
  • Staying on Track/Increasing Momentum
  • Identifying Your Life Purpose

Soul Scream

This one-hour workshop is designed to explore and explode the limiting rules about: Who we think we have to be; What we are supposed to feel; and How we are supposed to act. Participants will begin to uncover where and how they may be holding back and they will be encouraged and inspired to express more of their whole selves. And, yes, there is screaming.

Pirate School

Pirate School is Unlocked Box's mad plan to infiltrate cultures of fear and create cultures of love, passion and creative abandon. The philosophies explored center around writing your own rules vs. rule breaking, truth-telling vs. game playing and authentic expression vs. masks. Life full on; limited use of brakes; trust of self. Pirate School is available as either a half-day experience or the more intense, challenging and thought-provoking full six-month school.

Un-Cooked Art: Co-creation and non-perfection as a gateway to self-awareness, expression and creativity

Through the creation of a collaborative art project, participants will explore their unique process around creativity, leadership and teamwork. Uncovering blocks to success, identifying unique gifts and understanding and overcoming internal nay-sayers will be the focus. Be prepared to have a load of fun, get messy and learn something too.

Unlocking Creativity

Your goals for the new year are set. Now what if you could super-boost your progress through enhanced creativity? Using fun IMPROV exercises, this tele-workshop will allow you to practice trusting your gut and getting around your internal censor. Be ready to be bold and not perfect! You'll also receive the 15 Un-Rules of Creative Thinking.
