Susan is a pro-active, feet-to-the-fire certified professional coach who works with clients to define their personal and professional vision, increase their impact and, ultimately, evolve the planet. Her coaching work emphasizes creativity/innovation; marketing/branding and forwarding change manifestos.

She received her coaching credentials through the internationally recognized Coaches Training Institute and was trained in the co-active coaching model, designed to assist individuals and organizations in living their purpose and claiming their stake in the world. Co-Active Coaching &trade has impacted the lives and careers of thousands of managers and leaders around the world. It has led to the first ICF accredited coach training program, the most widely used text book in coaching and the largest number of certified coaches globally. Susan received her second credential through the International Coaches Federation and continues to further her education, always.

Susan began her career in the creative departments of ad agencies and knows what it's like to put ideas out there. She is a high-impact writer experienced across a variety of mediums, including print, television, web logs and artistic venues. She strives for quality and resonance on a range of topics and with a variety of purposes: personal and professional growth; creative expression; and brand positioning.

She is also a poet, artist, bike racer, mom to rabbit-crazed bassets and a serial killer cat and wife to an idea-crazed, cupboard-door-closing all around amazing guy.
